2021 ~ Annual Year End Roundtable Discussion
The purpose of the meeting is to provide a platform for Governmental Officials (or their Representatives) from the Federal, State and Local levels to give a brief update on accomplishments from 2021 and expectations for 2022. The bulk of the audience are elected officials from Lorain County. Officials from special districts, school districts, other political subdivisions may also be in attendance.
This venue allows a variety of political jurisdictions who share common concerns and interests to gather information that will be advantageous to their communities. The LCCA provides the platform to the officials in a way that they could not achieve separately. The LCCA also presents the “Mike Whitmore Memorial Award for Vision in Government” at this event. Donald Romancak, the Lorain County Stormwater and Community Development Coordinator is this years recipient.
The roundtable discussion will take place on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 8:30-11:00 am, at the Spitzer Conference Center at Lorain County Community College, 1005 North Abbe Road in Elyria.
Networking is available prior to the meeting starting at 8:30 a.m. with a Continental Breakfast sponsored by Ken Carney, Lorain County Engineer.
The Lorain County Community Alliance (LCCA) is a regional council of governments, established pursuant to Section 167.01 through 167.08 of the Ohio Revised Code and organized in accordance with by-laws adopted.
